How many people can stay in each home?

    Each home can sleep up to fourteen guests.

 

Are the pools heated?

     Pool and spa heat are included, free of charge.

 

Do you allow pets?

     Although we are pet lovers and own a pet ourselves, we cannot allow pets in our vacation homes.

 

Is there air conditioning and heat?

     Yes, our homes are air conditioned and heated.

 

Is smoking permitted?

     Smoking in the homes is strictly prohibited.  Smoking is allowed on the lanai.

 

Are towels and linens provided?

     Yes, towels, linens, and pool towels are provided.

 

What items are provided?

     Garbage bags and dishwasher soap, are provided.  In addition you will receive a starter supply of soap and toilet          paper.  Replenishment of the starter items is the responsibility of the guest.

 

Are the vacation homes cleaned daily?

     No.  Our homes are cleaned before arrival and after departure of each guest.  A mid-stay clean can be arranged for      an additional charge.

 

Are there hair dryers?

     Yes.  Every bathroom has a blow dryer.

 

What are check-in and check-out times?

     Your villa will be available for check-in at 4:00pm.  Check-out the day of departure is 10:00am.

 

How are keys obtained?

     No keys needed!  A new security system was recently installed in the villa, featuring keyless entry.  You will be        given a gate code for Formosa Gardens and a unique entry code for the villa.

 

What is required to make a reservation?

     A 20% deposit is required to reserve the dates.  The balance, plus a $500 refundable security deposit, is due two           months before arrival date.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

     Cancellation of more than 120 days (four months) before rental arrival date will result in a full refund less any related credit card fees incurred by the owner.

     Cancellation of 60 to 120 days or more prior to the rental arrival date will result in a loss of the 20% deposit money. If a subsequent booking is received for the cancelled booking period, a full refund less any related credit card fees incurred by the owner will be given.

     Cancellation within sixty days of arrival date will receive no refund unless a subsequent booking is received. The refund will not include any related credit card fees incurred by the owner. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation.

It is strongly recommended and encouraged to acquire Travel Insurance to protect your investment in the event of an unexpected need to cancel due to an emergency or other reason. This includes Covid-19 or any other pandemic-type issue. This cancellation policy will be strictly enforced.
